I have been a doula as long as I can remember, a supporter of a birthing body. I have had three unmedicated hospital births and truly love giving birth! My mother spoke of power within birth and an extrordinary opportunity to meet ones self. My aunt was a doula for over 20 years and showed me how to be as strong as a mountian and as soft as the breeze.
